We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially since we didn't speak the local language. They even went out of their way to make sure we didn't miss our bus, driving us to the starting point. The location of this place is also amazing, with breathtaking views of the sea and clouds. We were lucky to witness such beauty!

The view from the room was amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect as it was close to many tourist attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the selection of delicious food offered, from breakfast to dinner. the meals were well-prepared and tasty.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. the environment was noisy, especially during the night due to the traffic outside.

During our family trip to the mountains, we stumbled upon this cozy hotel surrounded by nature and beautiful waterfalls. The service was amazing, and the staff was always willing to help us. Our room was spacious, and we had a spectacular view of the sea of clouds from the balcony. The meals were delicious, and we loved the local healthy vegan choices.

The sound isolation of the rooms needs improvement, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms occasionally.

The hotel was located near to a national park, making it convenient for hikes. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was sumptuous and offered a variety of dishes to choose from.

The staff was unresponsive and did not prioritize customer service. The amenities were outdated and in some instances not functioning.
